La Cala Resort

La Cala Resort, the largest golf complex in Spain, is an exclusive residential and recreational estate of approximately 1,000 acres situated on the famous Costa del Sol between the Sierra de Mijas Natural Park and the Mediterranean. Construkt Development was tasked with helping to create a new version of their web site utilising the latest in SEO techniques. As well as the web site, we were asked to train members of staff who contributed to the web site and co-ordinated the marketing efforts of the Resort. The new web site is now live and there has already been a dramatic upswing in ranking for various terms, not least of which is a new front page rank for the term ‘golf hotel’. Sunset Beach Club

GOALS - We were approached by Sunset Beach Club to create a new web site that could fulfill four main goals. Goal one, the new web site should emphasis the key selling points of the resort. That it is a large destination resort that offers relaxed family holidays, access to the best golf resorts, excellent nightlife and entertainment, and close to the the airport. Goal number two was that the site should offer more options for direct bookings, and to make the booking process itself more user friendly. Goal number three was to build a Content Management System that allowed the staff to update any area of the entire site, quickly and easily. Goal four was to create a site that would rank highly in ‘organic’ search in order to reduce their reliance on Paid search. We have created a site that fulfils those goals completely and since the English site launched in Late December 2006 sales have nearly tripled in January 2007, compared to January of 2006 and continue to increase strongly.

GOALS - As part of this well known Architecture firms re-branding exercise we have a created a strong and clean web site. In addition to the conventional HTML frontend we created a small CMS (Content Management System) that allows content to be added by the McLundie Staff.

Auto Research Center

GOALS - ARC is a cutting edge wind-tunnel and research and development facility based in Indianapolis, USA. They wanted a site that could display their skill-set and highlight the facilities available for hire. The site had be easily expandable and easy to update.

SOLUTION - We built a site, with a full content management system so that the ARC staff could create updates within the pre-fromatted News section, and also be able to create new pages from an easy to use admin system with a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.

Hype

GOALS - Created to put some energy back into the Hype Energy Drinks internet presence. We developed Flash based dynamic brand building website. In the background is a dynamic CMS (Content Management System) which allows content to be added by the in-house Hype web team. The site was designed to provide a strong consumer experience and be fun and simple to use, showing Hype to be a progressive and forward thinking company.

GOALS - Kontraband.com launched in 1999 with the intention to be the webs’ greatest humor and entertainment site. Construkt was tasked with making the site work under the stress of a huge numbers of visitors and making sure that it reached the widest possible audience.

SOLUTION - Construkt developed an Search Engine Optimisation strategy based on best practice SEO techniques and the viral nature of Kontraband’s content. Kontraband is now the biggest site of it’s kind in the UK and third largest in the world! Kontraband reaches over 600,000 unique daily visitors, well over 10 million a month and serves over 5 million page impressions each day!

Queens Hotel

GOALS - The Queens Hotel in Brighton is undergoing a complete makeover and we were tasked with doing the same with the website. They wanted a fresh look and feel with an easy way for clients to make a booking.

SOLUTION - We created a contemporary Flash site for this hotel in one of the UK’s funkiest cities. We focused on making the hotel easy to contact and to make a booking, while keeping the design modern and eye-catching.

Crown Resorts

GOALS - Crown Resorts consists of five different resorts with 454 apartments, 3 reception areas, attractive gardens and pools, heated indoor pool and spa centre, a choice of restaurants, bars and cafes, and a whole host of leisure and activity facilities. They came to Construkt to help them create a new, fresher looking site with an easy way for their staff to update it.

SOLUTION - Working closely with the Crown Resort management we created a new elegant design, with user friendly architecture. We also built a user friendly content management system for all parts of the site to allow them to easily make the necessary daily changes to the site.
